Business Operations Manager-Aerospace
Wichita, KS
Business Operations Manager position facilitates and supports
other divisions/occupations across the entire company. This positions
exists within most business units and geographic locations to help
integrate, implement and manage company's program/project plans
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements
-Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference
for Business related majors, plus 8 years of directly related experience,
preferrably in an aerospace business environment.
-10-12 years overall experience working in teams/project/executive teams and
facilitating a process and/or project management experience, along
with demonstrated mastery and evidence of success in the following:
- Knowledge of company processes, infrastructure, policies, business
strategies, and products to plan, commit, and control the deployment of
resources.
- Ability to direct, develop, integrate, implement and manage program plans,
strategies, and processes.
- Ability to evaluate the impact of major program and process changes and
customer requests.
- Plan, commit, and control the deployment of resources in response to
customer, program, and business requirements.
- Direct the development, integration, implementation, and management of new
or revised programs, plans, strategies, or processes. Authorizes changes
to
work statements using a formal directive system.
- Develop control systems, maintain status information of program and
customer commitments, and monitor compliance to plan.
- Interface with management from many occupations and organizations to
provide leadership and coordination.
Position requires excellent skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and
Excel. Experience with Microsoft Access is considered a plus.
