Lead and direct all site operations to meet the performance goals of the business team and
the corporation. Assure that all units are producing the highest quality product while
running in the most safe, cost efficient manner.
Ensure that production facilities operate within environmental guidelines.
Review operations performance to measure productivity and goal achievement and to
determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations,
maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

Monitor and control production costs
Build and develop a technically competent and motivated manufacturing organization
Develop, implement, and manage a Management of Change program.
Participate in all incident investigations and capital project designs

Instill the Six Sigma methodology for problem solving and process improvement.

Direct, coordinate, and control the manufacturing organization at sites in China.
Ensure all manufacturing sites are safely operated and in compliance with corporate
safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Establish strategic plans in accordance with corporate objectives to ensure the
manufacture and shipment of high quality products on a timely basis at continually
reduced costs. Evaluate, coordinate and/or control all phases of product manufacturing, product quality,
plant facilities, production and material scheduling, inventory and shipments, and
budgetary requirements.

Ensure clear and effective communication between site activities and issues with
business, corporate and other internal groups.
Ensure environmental performance meets standards and permits
Lead operations/site managers in the high quality, profitable production and distribution
of products. Constantly evaluate operating procedures and outcomes, and adjusting production and
inventory systems to maximize plant efficiency.

Regularly evaluate the capital needs of the facility, making recommendations for capital
acquisition. Ensure plant production objectives are at the lowest cost consistent with quality.
Drive a continuous improvement quality program with steadily improving customer recognition.
