Sr.Cryogenic Optimization Analyst

Position responsible for developing and implementing cryogenic air
separation best practices, standards/policies, productivity improvements/
work processes for production and distribution operations that address
safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.  Responsible for setting
strategic direction, analyzing global trends and implementing change through
global or regional teams.  Serves as a global leader of professionals and
provides technical discipline and innovation within the functional areas as
a leader or key contributor.

Supports Global Production and Distribution facilities in achieving yearly
process safety, and variable cost/productivity improvement goals.  You will
work with global regions to monitor process performance, troubleshoot
operational issues, perform efficiency assessments, train regional
personnel, and ensure that appropriate critical safety systems are in place.
Will interface extensively with diverse operations, distribution, R&D,
safety and cost reduction teams.
Global travel is typical and routine at 25%
