Description: Senior Architecture-Project Manager
Sr Architecture-Project Manager
Riverside, Missouri
Company is in search of a registered architect with 10 to 12 years
experience to
fill the role of senior architectural project manager at our Missouri
Office.
This demanding and fast paced position will require a personable candidate
with extensive experience in client service. The candidate should have
extremely
strong communication/management/client-oriented personalities/problem
solving
skills and experience working with U.S. Military clients.
.
Experience managing multiple complex projects from start-up
programming / design through construction document production is also
required. Experience in managing and coordinating all design disciplines on
large projects is a must. A wide knowledge of architectural and general
building
systems is critical. The candidate must also have a professional
personality/attitude
for representing the Company during client meetings and design reviews.
Excellent
quality control of construction documents and expert knowledge of building
codes is critical. Some travel is expected.
