Architect Project Manager
Costa Mesa California
Architect Project Manager to manage multiple projects effectively
to meet project schedules and allocated project budgets throughout all
phases of the projects from schematic design phase through construction
administration phase/ supervise and lead the project team / Meet with
clients as a company representative to demonstrate the quality of the
company's services and expertise of planning and design

Requirements:
This position requires a solid working knowledge of cold storage and food
processing facilities, operations, detailing, finishes, thermal and moisture
barriers, and trucking requirements. In addition, strong communication,
organizational and documenting skills are necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a California licensed Architect and have
experience performing programming, site planning and building design; have a
good understanding of architecture, engineering and construction methods; as
well as the ability to thoroughly check and coordinate the architectural
drawings with the consultants' and sub-contractors' drawings and design.
