Description: Senior Architect DC, Washington Facilities work on projects for Federal Government clients. Work as a staff architect to develop architectural designs for unique facilities located around the world. Work with building codes, construction standards, and Federal Government design criteria/standards. Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and SPECSINTACT. Work with in-house engineers and supervise other architects and technicians. Collect project data through client interviews and on-site fieldwork. Will be part of a multidiscipline project team.
Qualifications: Experience in all phases of architectural design and project planning, code review, drawing and specification development, and report writing. Also needs ability to work on proposals and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other project team members. Candidate should have experience in working with government clients. Professional Registration preferred.
