Description: Sr Architectural Project Manager
Dallas, TX
Manage and direct a team of architects, designers, and consultants,
Client management and interface,
Manage and assist with business development, contract management,
project budget, and client interaction,
Production and coordination of several projects concurrently,
Act as mentor to less experience Project Managers, and
Technical competency in various building types.
Coordinate the workload of the Project Team through the entire
project development to the complete documents on schedule and within
budgets.
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of overall experience. Currently licensed Architect.
Ability to handle multiple projects; lead a team, and present to clients in
marketing and projects presentations.
