Senior Architect Project Manager
CA (Bay Area)
SeniorArchitect Project Manager oversees planning, directing and
monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline projects or medium
sized projects with high degree of technical complexity. Is involved
with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently.
Establishes client relations and is involved with marketing, contractual,
design and production meetings. Conducts schematic design development
and contract document work sessions at the project sites in conjunction
with Project Managers, Project Architects and other disciplines. Is
responsible to coordinate workload with the project team through the entire project
development to complete documents on schedule. Works with the
Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews. Responsible
for execution of training for personnel as established by strategic plans.
Typically supervises large project staffs and acts as mentor for
less experienced
Qualifications:
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture. Registered Architect. 9 years
of experience in the healthcare market. Must be able to lead a team on
projects. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Good
planning and mentoring skills. Experience and/or interest in sustainable
design/LEED desired but not required. Minimum Experience: 9 yrs
