Architect Project Manager

Description
Responsible for the coordination and management of current
and future projects. Supervise and direct the project team in all aspects of
preparing complete and comprehensive architectural construction drawings and
specifications and coordinate the documents with project consultants.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 12 years architectural
experience working on multifamily and Mixed Use projects, excellent
leadership skills, and proven success delivering projects on schedule and
within budget. Superior. technical and presentation skills and a commitment
to design excellence are essential. The ideal candidate is technically
proficient, design sensitive and has excellent organizational and
communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: 1) Developing and furthering
Client Relationships; Serve as primary contact for client, defining needs,
maintaining strong communication 2) Managing internal and sub consultant
teams 3) Preparing and monitoring project schedules 4) Providing overview
and assistance for technical staff 5) Ensuring that the project stays on
track both in terms of budget and schedule 6) Providing day-to-day guidance,
supervision, motivation and development of project team 7) Works with
limited supervision
Qualifications: Requirements Project Manager: - Architect with a minimum of 12-17 years of
related project management experience. - Strong, proven skills in
architecture and planning. - Minimum of an accredited Bachelor degree in
Architecture. - Commitment to excellence and high standards. - Strong
organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to
handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and
presentation skills. - Team-oriented individual, strong in team building,
motivating and mentoring. - Ability to conceptualize creative concepts. -
Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective
creative solutions. - Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work
within constantly changing priorities. - Thorough knowledge of architectural
drafting, detailing, building materials, building and zoning codes. -
Maintain hands-on involvement in the design and production of projects. -
Ensure timeliness and profitability of projects.
A Plus: Architecture License LEED accredited Masters in Architecture
