Description: Sr/Architect will prepare construction designs, sketches, diagrams, calculations, schematic and working architect drawings, develop details and edit specifications. Sr/Architect shall ensure conformance with all design/construction standards, practices, laws and regulations and applicable codes as well as technical integrity of design/construction. Sr/Architect will contribute to the preparation of architectural proposals and reports and coordinate specifications covering architectural projects.
Sr/Architect will prepare architectural reports and progress updates and coordinate preliminary drawings and final drawings in keeping with basic construction design. Perform follow-up consultation during construction and provide supervisory input at construction phase. Review requests for information and requests for clarification. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Environmental Design.
10+ years experience as a licensed practitioner.
5+ years experience specifically working on water resources / water systems infrastructure projects is required.
Strong field experience.
Skilled CADD and Architectural Desktop
Good skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
Experienced in interdisciplinary design coordination.
