Description: Senior Energy Efficiency Project Manager
Phoenix, AZ
Perform design reviews of HVAC, controls and electrical plans.
Consult on energy efficiency and sustainable designs.
Lead and manage energy, commissioning and retro-commissioning projects.
Lead business development efforts in region.
Work on proposal preparation and identifying new clients and areas of
business.
Qualifications: Degree in engineering, mechanical preferred.
P.E. LEED AP preferred. CEM a plus.
12+ years of project management experience in design and construction.
Business development experience.
Knowledge of design and construction of MEP systems and building controls.
Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning,
resource allocation, and budget.
