Description: Board of Directors - Director, Power Generation Industry
Member of the Supervisory Board - power generation industry group
Expatriate remuneration available.
Power generation industry expert with international experience to serve as Board Member.
Supervisory Board Appointment.
Required to attend Board meetings and to be available in-country as much as required / possible.
You will be a member of the board of directors.
Key roles and expectations:
Possess world class expertise in the power generation industry.
Specifically:
- Knowledge of power generation technologies,
- Knowledge of power generation equipment; equipment market and vendors.
- Knowledge of investment process.
Good expertise in vendor financing and large contracts management.
Experienced in related health, safety and environment management issues.
Expertise in corporate governance.
Able to contribute significantly at board level.
Provide comprehensive expert analysis when required.
Strategy and studying and interpreting the world, technological and market
trends,
competitions and customers, anticipating changes.
Understanding of value creation process and its implications for the
company, its strategy and tactics
Develop philosophy of business and translate it into operational strategies.
Building and maintaining working relationships with members of executive
team. Preparation for board meetings, including thoroughly reading materials and
speaking. Participation in committees.
