Senior Applications Engineer
Los Angeles, CA

Position Basic Responsibilities include:
*Bench validation of new products
*Development and validation of customer evaluation boards
*Generation of datasheets and application notes
*Customer support and interface
*Active participation on new product definition and development teams
*Analysis and laboratory emulation of customer applications is often required as part of the customer support
*Travel 10%
Qualifications: Basic Minimum Requirements & Experience Required:
BSEE or MSEE (preferred) and
5-7 years application experience with knowledge of analog circuits such as op amps, data converters and power supplies.
Knowledge of semiconductor electronics and electronic device characteristics is needed.
Circuit and system simulation experience on PSPICE or similar industry standard products is required.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Must be able to multitask, manage priorities and lead technical discussions between customers and internal development teams.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and be responsive to inquires. A background that includes IC fabrication and design experience is a plus.
