Coordinates the acquisition, verification and compilation of test and maintenance data, which includes field investigations to identify best practices for field operations. Identifies high and low cost areas for improvement in practices and procedures.
Analyze and resolve problems encountered with performance of testing activity and maintenance procedures.
 Provide technical guidance and support in response to internal/external requests. May act as liaison between field personnel, work management, sundry billing, and legal to resolve customer issues. Develop procedures and provide training.
Performs studies and analysis on systems, procedures and/or equipment. Design, develop, integrate, revise and/or execute supporting computer programs. Prepares and processes records and reports related to the assignments.
Designs, modifies and updates files, databases, inventories logs or listings. May administer Assistance Credit Program.
May reviews active polyphase line extension contracts, cancellations, refundable contributions and revenue deficiency billing.
