Commissioning Manager - HVAC/ Building Systems Engineer
Denver, Colorado.

 

 

Responsible for managing and completing all commissioning tasks associated
with design build energy efficiency / conservation projects; HVAC projects,

Building Systems.

Evaluate equipment and design recommendations from the engineering team

to confirm that their design concepts can be implemented.

Utilize standard templates to prepare a Commissioning Plan, Design Intent Document,

EMCS Control Sequences, and Commissioning Report for each project.

Review bid documents for vendors to assure commissioning activities and start-up

services are fully coordinated.

The applicant will manage projects to insure quality control, cost control and adhesion

to agreed schedule with high customer satisfaction.

Reports to communicate commissioning progress and issues with project team.
Work closely with the entire project team during Initial Verification and project

closeout to ensure all issues are resolved promtly and projects are closed on time.

Degree, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management

or technical field

Background in projects involving mechanical systems design and installation, electrical systems,
building automation, design build construction, facilites operations,
building maintenance, and implementation of energy saving measures.
Mechanical, electrical, and control system troubleshooting skills. 

  

Several years work experience in HVAC projects, managing subcontractors, correspondence,
submittals, changes, schedules, verification testing, training, specification compliance, mechanical

design review and quick paced installation.

Able to manage a multi project portfolio and effectively work with a team of Project
Developers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, technicians,
support staff, field labor, vendors and subcontractors

Must be able to work at remote locations with overnight travel.
