Responsible for the successful
development and engineering of environmental projects.
Supported by Project Engineers,
environmental process engineers, Power Operations Services specialists,
 contractors, outside service organizations and others.

            - Lead teams in the project development and planning processes
including conceptualization, design engineering, procurement of materials,
equipment and engineered items.
            - Lead project development including establishing valid project
requirements, objectives, goals, project schedule, project budget, and
project resources including external vendors and contractors.
            - Serve as the primary project authority during development of
site specific studies and projects.
            - Ensure that plant needs are identified early-on and technology
selections and contracting approaches result in implementation of the
greatest value added solutions.
            - Assure that project scopes, costs and schedules are
predictable, accurate, tracked and reported.
            - Support development and preparation of contracts.



Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,
or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university required.
Professional Engineer (P.E) license preferred. Project management
certification.

        12+ years of relevant experience required.  Relevant
experience includes large-scale project management experience, project
engineering experience, contractor management experience.  Team leadership
or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge and experience with
engineering and project management processes and tools required.  General
understanding of power plant operations required.
