Description: Director of Contracts Indiana Field Contracts Manager; Perform pre-award contract activities, contractor resourcing, interface with engineering, project and client personnel to support preparation of RFP, bid evaluation and negotiations up to award and contract execution specifically related to lump sum turnkey, EPC contracts for major process units. - Organize and document presentations, meetings with contractors and claim evaluations. - Be proactive with contractors to ensure contract compliance, generation of progress, schedules, daily and other status reports, invoices and supporting documents in a timely manner. - Perform close out of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, final invoices and contractor performance evaluations. - Monitor performance of projects, analyze risk situations and take proactive control where required to mitigate. - Domestic as well as International project execution experience on major projects for the oil, gas, power and petrochemical industries.
Qualifications: 15+ years related experience required. Strong working knowledge of Contract Law required. Thorough knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction techniques with strong working knowledge of technical aspects required.
