Description: Construction Sr Site Manager, Construction Construction of refineries and petrochemical plants. Responsible for managing and executing construction of a mega energy and petrochemical projects. * Project locations USA and international. * Construction execution may be self-perform or construction manager (subcontracted). * Responsible for maintaining liaison with client to ensure proper and timely involvement and approvals, as well as a professional and business-like client/company relationship throughout the life of the project. * Responsible for managing and executing assigned project in accordance with the requirements of the contract and company\'s operating policies and principles. * Responsible for executing the work in accordance with the company\'s safety and quality standards consistent with the requirements specified in the project contract. * Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: successful execution of the work in accordance with the contract, management of project cost and schedule, execution of change management program; management of safety and quality programs; management of construction liaison between home office engineering and procurement and commissioning; management of subcontracts.
Qualifications: * BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering Discipline preferred or equivalent technical project experience. * Proven ability to successfully execute and manage on-site Energy and Chemical mega projects (greater than 0 million Total Installed Cost) * Demonstrate ability to lead all project component functions and activities (e.g. contract management, quality, safety, craft supervision, field engineering, project controls, material management, human resources, finance, etc... * Ability to manage cost and schedule. * Ability to liaison between home office engineering and procurement, construction and commissioning. * Minimum of 15+ years of energy and petrochemical/refinery construction management experience - International and Domestic Locations. * Experience with lump sum projects is required for certain projects.
