Civil or Hydraulic Engineer (MS preferred), and PE, with 10 years of experience
in the design and analysis of, as well as working through the myriad of
regulatory nuances relating to, stormwater systems, have successful SWPCP, SWPPP, and SPCC plans,
experience evaluating best management practices and engineering measures
regarding NPDES and the Clean Water Act. 

Requires  strong client and project management skills, and proven business development
capabilities.
