Air Quality Program Director
Oakland, CA
Position is responsible to manage the company's air quality
projects, direct the work of the air quality staff, and build
working relationships with existing and new clients associated
with air quality compliance. Candidate will be required to have
working knowledge of California and Bay Area air regulatory
framework and requirements. Candidate will have demonstrated
experience in complying with California air quality reguations for
industrial processes, preferably refineries. Qualified candidates
much also have technical and proposal writing skills, competence
in problem solving, effective time management, strong management
practices, build and sustain existing and new
client relationships, excellent communication skills,
ability to mentor staff, and refinery experience.
Qualifications: Basic Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors/ Masters Environemntal, Civil Engineering or Degree Relevant
-10 years total relative experience
