Description:
Prepare and manage NEPA/CEQA environmental compliance documents for a wide
range of clients
including federal, state, and local agencies. Independently develop and
sustain client relationships.
Independently prepare and review proposals and
budgets, and manage projects to meet financial targets. Direct the
preparation of technical analyses by staff planners and scientists. Assist
senior managers in business development and staff management activities.
Qualifications: Degree or higher in planning, environmental science, or
a related field. Expertise in managing NEPA and CEQA compliance.
10+ years of consulting or agency experience with management of CEQA/NEPA
compliance for large complex
projects. Knowledge of federal and California environmental laws and
regulations. Business development experience.
Experience with environmental compliance and
permitting under other federal and California laws such as CWA, CAA, ESA,
and CESA is a plus.
