Help government, industry and organizations across US/north america
address climate change and carbon risk management.
Responsibility for directing and leading US climate change and carbon
managment services.
Accountability for business results, business development and management.
Development and growth of a strategic plan and implementation of growth
strategy
Development of services. Manage a multidiscipline team of experts.
Qualifications: You'll have a strong record in Climate Change work.
Minimum 10+ years experience including management position.
Excellent communicator and leadership. Capable of developing and leading
business improvement and change
processes in client organizations. Demonstrated success in business
development.
Management experience for experience and/or training in the fields of green
house gases /GHG
auditing, assessment, advisory services, auditing or validation.
Experience in some programs e.g., CCAR, CCX, CDM/JI, EU-ETS,
VCS, Gold Standard, Green-E Project verification,
ISO 14001. EHS compliance audits in the energy or process sectors, etc.
Knowledge in GHG methodologies, registry requirements or other
voluntary initiatives or national programs or projects, renewable energy
projects,
land use/land use forestry projects, carbon capture & storage,
transportation, etc.
Thorough knowledge in environmental, management systems, ISO 14001, ISO
14064,
sustainability, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, forestry,
economist,
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Masters degree or PhD is
preferred.
