Senior AQ Business Consultant (Engineer)
Denver, CO
Work on a variety of technically challenging projects
for clients in the oil & gas, energy, transportation, and manufacturing
sectors throughout the Colorado Mountain region.
·Overseeing and effectively conducting air permitting and
compliance projects
·Developing and implementing air quality compliance programs
·Strong understanding of air dispersion modeling
·Preparing air permits
·Evaluating air pollution control technologies
·Preparing proposals, proposals costs, and change orders with the
assistance of a Partner
·Solving complex technical problems
·Preparing and reviewing reports
·Mentoring junior staff
·Developing and supporting client relationships for new and repeat
business
Managing budget/schedule expectations and scope of assignments
Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
·BS in engineering or related degree required, MS preferred
·10 years of RELATIVE environmental experience, preferrably
in the o&g/energy sector
·Consulting experience working with Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT
·Excellent writing, computational, and computer skills
·Excellent presentation skills
·Advanced regulatory knowledge with proven negotiation skills with
regulators; federal and state experience a plus
