The Business Developemnt Manager primary responsibility is to grow
and develop company's environmental health & safety consulting
business in Australia.
The Business Developemnt Manager is an ambitious principal
environmental planner with more than 12 years experience who will
contribute to business growth in Perth for this global comapny. In this role
you will have the opportunity to manage projects and develop client
relationships across a variety of industries. Persuasive communicator
(both verbal and written) who is comfortable dealing with management
and operators at all levels. Ideally you will have relevant post graduate
qualifications and will be comfortable liaising with technical experts.
Your role will see you acting as a direct point of contact with clients for
day to day project issues, organising project team members, controlling
budgets and assuming responsibility for project deliverables in addition to
providing on going technical expertise in regard to planning projects.
You will play a key role in strengthening company's planning capabilities
and work with professional teams nationally on multi-disciplinary projects.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
-BS environmental science or relevant
-12 years relevant local market experience, preferably in a consulting
environment
-Proven business development experience plus the ability to build and
develop
a team.
-In addition, you will be able to demonstrate technical excellence
along with relevant regulatory savvy.
-Effectively manage projects and their commercial and financial
implications.
