RCM-Construction Project Manager
Santa Ana, CA
RCM-Construction Project Manager directs the
remediation & construction management (RCM) practice
for the Company's California Operations Division.
Basic Responsibilities:
Managing turnkey environmental construction projects, including
subcontractor management and project profitability.
Leading RCM business development efforts, including identifying new
opportunities, preparing proposals, and cross-selling ERM services.
Participating in corporate strategic planning specific to regional RCM
services.
Developing and maintaining long-term industry relationships with clients,
competitors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Managing RCM personnel, including achieving staff utilization targets as
well as hiring, training, and retention.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
23-26 years of experience managing large-scale environmental
construction and demolition projects in compliance with CA State
regulations.
Proven ability to pursue and win relevant RCM projects with
private-sector clients in Southern California.
Extensive client management experience, including cross-selling
environmental services and identifying project expansion
opportunities.
Bachelors Degree in related field
Professional Engineer registration
