Develop or approve recommendations to change systems, policies, and
procedures and ensure timely and accurate implementation. Participate in
departmental and inter-departmental planning and management teams and work
cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization.
Develop, install, and monitor cost control systems and accounting
activities. Manage the compilation of cost data for use in developing
operating budgets. Manage physical inventories and the maintenance of
inventory records, as well as analyze inventory records and variance
reports. Implement a successful vision/strategy through strong leadership
skills
