Sr / Accounting Manager (Accounts/Finance)

Plans and directs the development, implementation, and operation of
accounting systems and procedures to reduce costs, obtain improved
information and provide detailed and timely financial reports covering
sales, earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results.
Manages the activities of general accounting functions within the facility.
Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies.
Manages and directs operations of the general accounting activities of
the facility such as cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed
assets. Oversees general and subsidiary ledgers of the company, reconciliation
of bank statements, control of fixed assets, depreciation, and accrual to meet
anticipated liabilities. Coordinates month-end closings of general and subsidiary ledgers.
Sets-up and maintains accounting system. Establishes month-end closing schedule.
Acts as a liaison between the company, government and CPA auditors in
providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is
maintained for historical purposes.
