Division Controller (Accountant)

Lead and supervise the finance and accounting functions for the unit, including general and cost accounting, pricing,
short and long term planning and budgeting, financial controls.
Handle CAAR process and inventory management including fixed asset inventories and depreciation schedules.
As Controller for the division, you will partner with the leadership to increase profitability by driving
productivity improvements and identifying ways to maximize operating efficiencies.
Provide input to all business and strategic decisions as well as maintaining the integrity and completeness
of financial data and controls for the division.
Assist in the development, preparation and execution of short and long-term strategic plans for growth/profitability.
Provide advice and counsel to division leadership on how to improve profitability, operating efficiencies and reduce
costs by driving process and productivity improvement initiatives.
Effectively monitor capital expenditures, evaluate CAAR requests, Capex reports and post audit reviews.
Work with division leadership to identify continuous improvement initiatives in operations, asset
management and productivity programs to maximize operating efficiencies and profitability.
Develop plans, budgets and controls, which minimize costs and expenses and maximizes profit.
BS in Accounting / Finance and MBA is required.
CPA for division state essential.
15+ years of financial and operational experience directly in manufacturing operations environment.
Expertise in financial concepts and practices.
Prefer lean manufacturing experience. SAP
