Perform economic research and studies as required in the areas such as depreciation, working capital
requirements, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements/regulations. Perform

financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance, returns and cash impacts. 
Responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts in financial models designed

to analyze new investments, facility upgrades, and divestitures in designated region.

 

Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity,
future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. Develop and maintain complex project and asset financial models

that forecast detailed profit and loss, cash flows, and balance sheets. Analyze alternative financing packages

and support the closing of project debt issuances. Work closely with operations, treasury, tax, accounting,

and commercial operations to determine appropriate modeling assumptions and structuring. Where appropriate,

interface with credit agencies, investment, and commercial banks under Treasury. Responsible for ensuring that

all assumptions and modeling are reasonable and accurate. 

Bachelor degree in finance or accounting. Masters degree. 
Minimum 10+ years experience with utility/energy company.

Knowledge of multiple areas including finance, tax, general business
management, and generally accepted accounting principals (GAAP). 

Proven skill in contributing in the development of company objectives.
