Description: CFO Chief Financial Officer Los Angeles, CA Reporting to and working closely with the CEO on accounting and financing the company and its renewable energy projects taking advantage of current tax advantages such as the Production Tax Credit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to construction of business plans for the company and each project, investor relations, financing, accounting, timely preparation of the Company tax returns; verification and timely payments of all taxes, salaries and invoices due; analysis of year-end plant and accumulated depreciation.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Financing and/or Accounting, experience in working in a team environment. Preferred: CPA designation, public accounting experience, finance experience, fixed asset accounting experience. Working knowledge of the energy business, regulation, and political environment on a state and community level.
