Company is a marketing and distribution firm in the entertainment sector and has a specialization in marketing and staffing for actors, entertainmners, extras & more. In 7 major markets across North America the company creates, plans, and execute projects such as publicity stunts, marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and events. In addition to this work, the company has a distribution division that works to ensure delivery of publications such as newspapers and magazines to consumers.

The position of Marketing Coordinator will work in and play an important role in both the distribution and promotions departments.

Basic tasks and responsibilities will include:

1) Coordinator for daily distribution promotional services
2) Manage promotional or experiential campaigns /may include publicity stunts, marketing campaigns, events, etc.

• Bachelors Degree, Business, Marketing or relevant is preferred/ 2 yr College Degree
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, outgoing, and organized
• Must have a passion for and enjoy interacting with people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
• A desire to take on significant responsibility in helping manage a program
• Prior experience in working with promotions marketing
