Description: Customer Service / Marketing Assistant liaises with customer to identify any issues or concerns. Assistant will research and resolve issues/concerns and work with marketing to better service the customer and enhance customer awareness. Customer Service / Marketing Assistant performs administrative duties including processing customer orders and returns and marketing research into requirements, service requests, queries or service complaint. The Customer Service / Marketing Assistant communicates customer requirements internally and the assistant works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Process purchase orders and coordinate such with planning department. Prepare price quotations, delivery information and collate technical details per requests received. Maintain good product knowledge regarding assigned contracts/programs. Provide information for planning and demand forecasting. Help resolve any accounts receivable issues per assigned client contracts. Perform other duties as requested by manager.
Qualifications: Four year Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 4+ years experience in Aerospace industry.
Good knowledge of Aerospace purchasing, products and services.
Strong written communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office suite with strong computer and database skills.
Proven track record interfacing with Aerospace buyers at all levels.
