Description: Marketing Manager is responsibe for the creation of Sales tools and training of sales team. Identify optimum market channels, partners and strategic alliances to support growth. Establish key account relationships with developing channel partners. Develop marketing communications plans.
Marketing Manager identifies customers, assisting sales force in product introductions and technical sales of existing and new products. Marketing Manager role includes market development, trade show promotional activity, advertising, market analysis/segmentation, strategic positioning,
interfacing with communications, R&D and manufacturing, identification of new markets/customers.
The Marketing Manager manages the commercial development of functional additives products into the engineering resins and adhesives markets.
Implement strategy/marketing plan for Engineering Resins and Adhesives platforms to create P&L.
Lead the Engineering Resins and Adhesives platform teams consisting of multi-disciplinary members.
Identify new platforms/markets for Functional Additives products. Lead the development of new applications and products based on market input.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering/Technical Discipline. MBA preferred.
10+ years Marketing in Chemical Industry.
Product brand management and development
Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing business practices
Strong Project management skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate a multi-disciplinary team
