Job Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant

Description:
Marketing Administrative Assistant create project descriptions, organization charts and customized marketing materials. Assistant will help senior marketing staff with information improvements and modifications. Marketing Administrative Assistant will coordinate marketing documents, proposals and sales material. The Marketing Administrative Assistant works on direct mail campaigns, data collection and surveys and acts as assistant to other projects as necessary.
 
Design and author proposals and advertising copy. Using various software, ensure production is consistent with company standards. Create graphics and design layouts and produce presentations for award submissions. Manage design projects with vendors and research project leads. Attend events and represent company at promotional events. Perform other duties as required.



Qualifications:
4 year Bachelor Degree in Marcom.
Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
2+ years experience in the Construction or AEC industry required. 
Advanced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Photo Shop. 
Advanced graphic design skills. 
Able to show work samples portfolio at interview (please do not send with resume/application)
