Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Description: Marketing Coordinator leads proposal, presentation and marketing material production. Marketing Coordinator plans and schedules proposal/presentation production activities to ensure deadlines are met. Marketing Coordinator participates in all aspects of the business development process. Perform tasks against established and developing marketing strategies. Marketing Coordinator updates marketing/promotional materials, assists in maintaining marketing databases and report systems.

Coordinates and prepares written and graphic marketing material required. Develop marketing advertising and press releases for the central business unit. Coordinates client mailings based on marketing strategies. Maintains project history for use on future projects. Maintains upkeep of marketing proposal files and contract files.   


Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
Around 7-10 years related marketing experience with 5 years in Construction/AEC industry required.
Strong written, oral and risk management skills.
Strong presentation/sales skills
Able to manage multiple activities.
Skilled in MS suite including powerpoint.
