Regional Marketing Executive
Hangzhou, China
The position will be awarded to the Marketing Professional that has a strong, varied background, able to handle any creative challenge that may arise, exceptional financial analysis/statistical skills and project prioritization skills
Basic Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze financial, demographic and competitive factors to capitalize on market opportunities
- Communicate with Company's National Advertising Manager to ensure that marketing plans support the company’s overall marketing goals
- Supply direction and input for national and local media buying services for the implementation of local marketing plans
- Communicate with vendors, printers and media representatives in relation to execution of marketing plans
- Provide ongoing evaluation of marketing effectiveness through sales data, promotion tracking and sales analysis
- Assist in coordinating creative development for stakeholders including layouts, proofing and printing
- Provide ongoing communication and advice to Market Reps/Stakeholders on various marketing/advertising proposals, problem solving remedies, and other market successes
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required, Master’s Degree, preferred
- 6+ years of experience developing and executing marketing plans
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work with cross-functional and very diverse teams
- Fluent English; attention given to those with fluent Mandarin as well, Bilingual is preferred.
