Provide direct accounting support to internal and external customers.
Determines and Improves financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Provides accurate and timely reporting of the reconciliation of actual performance versus forecast/budget.
Provides a wide variety of customer service to management including assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports
presenting findings analyses and recommendations. Prepare and analyzing financial plans, forecasts and reports.
Identifies and communicates risks and opportunities to budgets/plans. Assists with the month/quarter and year end
closings and distribution of financial statements. Performs special projects and analysis as directed by Financial Services management.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Understands and ensures compliance with SOP.
Participate in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis including preparing journal entries, various account
reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
12+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.
CPA strongly preferred. GAAP required.
Understands financial statements and accounting relationships.
Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, Office, Outlook.
