Description: Accounting Manager will create policies and procedures to ensure Accounting efficiency. Accounting Manager prepares year end audit schedules and analysis for financial audits. Address all accounting related issues that effect invoice payment process. Accounting Manager works with clients to handle all accounting issues. Create/manage state fund budget and accounting reconciliation process. Perform special accounting projects as needed by management.
Supervise staff, review, approve and assist with preparation of all accounting journal entries. Responsible for training staff on Accounting Systems Programs including Costpoint and SAP and on capital asset management as required to identify completed projects.
Qualifications: Degree BS/BA in Finance/Accounting. MBA required.
10+ years experience including experience and knowledge of public sector bond funding and construction programs.
