Description: Senior Accountant supports management through development of complex financial and operational reporting and analysis to support strategic and tactical decision making. Senior Accountant supports process analysis and improvement efforts to ensure consistency of methodology, execution and accuracy. Senior Accountant analyzes complex reporting and source system technical issues. Develops and implements validation processes to ensure integrity of analyses.
Senior Accountant leads cross functional teams developing business requirements Document requirements for new or modified processes for the collection and analysis of data. Leads and supports design of information sources and analytics to support customer needs. Senior Accountant collaborates with IT on resolution of problems and on requirements for changes to systems so that analytics can be automated and validated in the most efficient manner.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting. CPA.
10+ years of accounting experience with strong emphasis on business reporting function.
5+ years of SAP Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience is required.
Good knowledge of information systems design.
Process improvement and creative problem solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
