The Business Development Manager leads his/her team as the front end

of the business, to establish strong business relationships with key customers

 in the region and to understand and anticipate market trends. Responsible for
establishing a win strategy for individual pursuits as well as longer term
strategies that guide the business unit on where to spend investment and
research funding that is necessary to address future market needs and
capture key business opportunities.

Ensure sales and operating margins and targets are achieved by leading team to

exceed business development goals and establishes, monitors, and reports

key forward looking metrics in regards to bookings and back log to support

forecasts and ensure achievement of the goals.
