Job Title: Sr/ Operational Business Planning Sales Analyst

Description: Sr/ Operational Business Planning Sales Analyst
Chicago, IL
Prepare monthly S&OP review presentation including bookings overview, forecast,
dashboards and project review. Establish and continually maintain a common platform using
Lotus Notes database to share dashboards, best practices, S&OP site information and audit
Preparation of monthly executive S&OP dashboards. Includes
extraction, assimilation and review of historical and future trend graphs
and data points and presentation in PowerPoint. Site S&OP audits.
Participate in site S&OP meetings and audit their process using the FPD S&OP.
Identify weaknesses in the S&OP process and work with site and VP/GM's to address.
Also identify best practices and ensure they are shared across the division.
Qualifications: Minimum requirements:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business.
8 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with large
multi-site operation organisations. Strong data and analytical skills
Skilled in Hyperion Financial Management.
A high level of skills with Excel and Access is essential.
Travel up to 35%.
