Senior Manufacturing Analyst
Atlanta GA
The Sr. Manufacturing Analyst will provide detailed variance analysis and reporting for manufacturing activities.
Develop and implement action plans to address variances issues/best practices. Assist in development and
consolidation of annual operating plan. Ensure all manufacturing investment projects have appropriate financial
models/analyses and valid business case assumptions. You will be be an active member of the Operations Finance
Team providing divisional financial support across all aspects of the manufacturing operations. Serve as a financial
advisor to Production Control, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Inventory Control providing costing/financial support,
problem resolution and recommendations for process improvements. Conduct post audit reviews capital investment projects.
Assist Operations Controller with implementation of division wide standard cost system. Provide month-end close support
to manufacturing sites and Operations Controller. Act as a liaison between Operations Finance Team and other areas
requesting costing and financial information/data. Consolidate plant level reporting and commentary on actual monthly results
compared to forecast and budget. Lead the annual cost roll process.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum 12+ years of cost accounting experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
Must have knowledge of Excel, Access, and standard cost / inventory systems.
Able to collect and assimilating relevant business
information and data to develop fact based recommendations and support
