Senior - Electrical Engineer
Power Generation
Minneapolis MN
Senior Electrical Engineer for our Minnesota location as an Electrical
Engineer some of your duties will include:
Provide electrical engineering leadership to support production line
team.Using engineering and problem solving skills, provide cross functional
leadership to solve complex field and warranty problems.
Interface with internal and external suppliers and customers to develop high
quality designs.
Lead changes to existing products to support warranty reduction, code
compliance, supplier changes, emissions compliance, etc.
Resolve design related manufacturing issues (stop ships, deviations,etc).
Provide work direction and support to engineering technicians to complete
engineering prototypes, perform tests and analyze data.
Provide work direction and conceptual input to designers. Make and
document design changes.
Participate in and lead cross functional design reviews.
Qualifications: Education/Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years
experience designing generator sets or related systems.
Familiarity with electrical generating systems including control
systems,electrical power distribution, and wiring harnesses,
Proficient at analyzing problems using statistics, technical skills, or the
appropriate scientific method.
