Description:
Team Leader of Development & Design
Work in a small group with a broad range of responsibilities: Engineering
product support / Engine build/test / Product release with documentation/
build & test engines / direct contact with variety of suppliers both
internal to and external to the Company / deliver engine hardware, fuel
system, ignition system, and controls development/validation/delivery &
documentation/ technical reporting /test cell activities/
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline / Pro Engineer experience
desirable /10+ years Mechanical Design & Management Experience/ Six Sigma
Tools experience desirable (measurement system analysis, design of
experiments, statistical process control) recognize data quality issues and
address them in a timely manner/ problem solving / troubleshooting skills/
fundamental approach to problem solving, timely delivery, customer
satisfaction, troubleshooting skills
Travel Required -25%
