Description: Sr Completions Supervisor Wyoming Assume lead operational role in planning and executing activities related to oil and gas completion and work over Being responsible and accountable for the safe completion of projects within planned cost and time goals and for project cost management and the accuracy of morning reports and cost data Leading role for Health, Safety and Environmental efforts including contractor safety management and incident investigation Coordinating and planning logistics (equipment, manpower, materials) Working closely with engineering, subsurface teams, and vendors in planning and executing work Maximizing the location team performance by building an enabling environment where everyone has the freedom to contribute, challenge and participate Being innovative in operational practices with the ability to implement new technology. Lead continuous improvement in the operation Facilitating learning throughout the completions organization
Qualifications: 7+ years oil field operations supervisory experience. Completion experience with geo pressures (especially high pressure/high temperature) for rig and rig less operations; Completion experience with deep wells (greater than 10,000 feet); Completion experience with coiled tubing, and snubbing operations; Completion experience with high-pressure fracturing and electric wire line operations; and/or production testing operations. 14/14 schedule.
