Description: Technical Authority, Artificial Lift Location: Houston Responsible for assisting in implementing artificial lift in highly technical areas. The challenge is to apply lift (primarily gaslift and ESP) technology in Subsea and Deepwater environments. Act as the regional focal point for all technical issues relating to artificial lift. Ongoing artificial lift operations in subsea wells, jet pumps/gaslift/esp and conventional gaslift. Providing technical review and support to staff in the area of artificial lift - Further developing artificial lift strategy and executing it Managing the research projects required to execute the regional strategy Recommending and assisting in the development of training to support artificial lift - Working with the conventional assets and identifying relevant technology requirements and working with asset teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions - Supporting lift technology application in non-operated ventures on a priority basis
Qualifications: Degree, 15+ years work experience in production engineering including extensive experience in artifical lift (ESP and Gaslift). Strong interpersonal and project management skills
