Description: Responsible for construction engineering, execution and planning support for the offshore construction activities of (green field and brown field) development projects. Determine installation methodology; plan and resource construction requirements (including obtaining and reviewing necessary cost data) for the project teams in liaison with service units / teams (e.g. Geomatics, Marine, etc), as well as providing interface/linkage with Offshore Installation Contractors. Conduct constructability peer review and Implementing-project-on-paper review, Cost Estimates and Planning support, Barge / Workboat Planning, integrated planning via Activities Coordination Group (ACG), Logistics / Marine / Geomatics and others as required.
Qualifications: B.Sc Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 12+ years of relevant working experience in offshore construction and pipeline engineering with a sound track record. Possess a proven background and experience in the management of contracts and contractors.
