Description: Ensure that all commercial, technical and managerial decisions are fully
compliant with good
business practice, with particular emphasis on HSE matters and UK regulatory
compliance. Responsibilities include providing input to strategy
development, business planning and external reporting.
Early phase projects requiring collaboration with
International Exploration and other departments.
Responsible for legal obligations within the terms of the Joint Operating
Agreements.
A sound understanding of joint-venture and project management, together with
a strong background in subsea/topside facilities engineering and
construction, are essential.
Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge, where appropriate, while
maintaining
constructive relationships with the Operator and other JV Partners.
