Description: Head of Contracts, Offshore Development Contract holder for offshore campaign contract. Responsible for the start up and execution of the offshore campaign contract. Responsible for monitoring the performance and control of the contract administration in support of the Rolling Activity Plan; The objective is the timely completion of the offshore maintenance and engineering project campaigns at minimum cost, to the required business controls, technical specifications and in line with Company policies, objectives and procedures, meeting all quality, health, safety and environmental objectives; To develop improvement on the offshore campaign contract, leading to a fully Integrated Service Contract.
Qualifications: The incumbent should possess an engineering degree in a relevant engineering discipline and have at least 12 years of experience in oil and gas related work preferably encompassing design, construction, commissioning and project engineering; Experience in construction and shutdown campaign contracts management; An understanding of planning and cost control is necessary; The position requires knowledge of multi-discipline work, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff; Full understanding of HSE management principles; Offshore construction work experience particularly in management large fabrication/installation contracts.
