Description: Senior commercial professional to manage the significant number of complex, multi-million pound contractual arrangements that are already in place and take ownership for all future contractual issues. Establish a consistent approach to the contract process in terms of bid management, tender, evaluation and approval process, etc; Lead negotiations with the customers, suppliers, partners, etc, on all major deals. Monitor all contractual agreements against agreed KPIs and financial targets, and ensure bonus payments &/or penalties are implemented as appropriate; Chair regular meetings with control providers and encourage an environment of continuous improvement in terms of the continuing contractual arrangements.
Qualifications: Proven contract management experience of multi-million pound, long-term contracts, with incentive and penalty payments. A proven negotiator, you will have the interpersonal skills to liaise across all levels of staff and entrepreneurial flair.
